After you've secured your wedding date, give us a call to schedule a Complimentary Consultation (available for weddings over 100 guests). At the Consultation, one of our wedding experts will sit down with you and let you and your fiancé sample our award winning BBQ! Try our juicy Smoked Meats & Homemade Side Dishes to find out why everyone raves about us! We will then sit down with you and go over what is included with our full service wedding catering. What items are included, what we provide, what service to expect, deposits, guest counts and more. We will answer any questions you have so that you can make the best and most informed decision about who to pick for your wedding catering!

We met with Brian and Kendra (the owner's) for our tasting and they sat with us for over an hour telling us about themselves, what brought them to start their business, their experience with weddings, and ultimately how they will go above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was flawless. Everything they told us held true. They tailored the menu to exactly what we wanted. They traveled over 2 hours to our venue and the food tasted so good you would have thought it just got done. It was amazing! We got so many compliments, not only on the food but also on how wonderful Brian was! He was fantastic with all our guests. He brought the wedding party waters while we were busy with photos. Brian and Kendra started as our caterers but after the wedding, we consider them friends.
